The Titanium USA Harvard Dual Series Lat Pulldown and Seated Row is part of our premier range of commercial dual series pieces. This multi-functional machine is ideal for commercial requirements where space is limited, so rather than purchasing both a lat pulldown and a seated row, this high quality pin loaded machine provides users with both exercise in one machine.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Adjustable Foam Rollers 
  Multi-Position adjustable foam rollers to accommodate all user heights.
  
  

• No Cable Change Design
  There is no requirement to change cable set-up or attachments when changing over from Lat Pulldown to Seated Row exercise, as this unit has been cleverly engineered so each exercise works independently.
  
  

• Ergonomically Designed Attachments
  Comes supplied with a premium grade lat pulldown bar that allows users to perform close grip and wide grip pulldowns. It's also supplied with a revolving straight row bar that can be used for rows but also attached to the lat pulldown cable for tricep pushdowns.
  
  

• Precision Engineered Weight Stacks 
  This machine comes standard with a 86kg (190lb) weight stack. The top plate is 10lb (4.5kg) followed by 9 larger 20lb (9kg) plates. The weight plates are fitted with clearly visible weight stickers. Each plate is fitted with premium grade nylon bushings for reduced friction on the guide rods.
  
  

• Heavy Gauge Steel Frame 
  The frame has been engineered using premium grade 3mm steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear. Fitted with stainless steel guide rods for improved performance and to prevent corrosion caused by user perspiration.
  
  

• Upholstery & Padding
  Padding has been ergonomically designed and manufactured using high quality, thick foam padding and finished off with high grade, fully stitched upholstery for maximum comfort and longevity.
  
  

• Rated For Full Commercial Use 
  This machine has been rated for use in all Commercial Gyms & Fitness Centres, Personal Training Studios, Corporate and Hotel Gyms, Schools and similar training facilities.
  
  

• High Grade Pulleys
  High grade pulleys that have been engineered to reduce drag on the cables, ensuring an ultra-smooth motion. They use a deep groove design to prevent cables slipping off the pulleys during use.
  
  

• Aircraft Grade Cables
  All of the machines in the Harvard Dual range have been fitted with U.S. manufactured aircraft grade cables that have been tested to withstand in excess of 2000Lb (880kg) load.
  
  

• Water Bottle & Phone Holder
  The top of the weight stack frame is fitted with a water bottle holder and phone storage during training.
