TITANIUM USA CAMBERED SWISS BAR

The Titanium USA Cambered Swiss Bar is a multi-grip bar that lets you press, row and curl with your hands in a neutral or angled position. For many lifters this is easier on the shoulders, elbows and wrists than a straight bar, which makes it a good choice for people with shoulder niggles or limited mobility. It also suits anyone who wants to add variety to their upper-body training.

Three pairs of knurled handles give you three grips on one bar: a close neutral grip, a medium angled grip and a wider angled grip. Neutral-grip bench press and floor press build the triceps and chest with less shoulder strain. You can also use it for overhead press, bent-over rows, curls and skull crushers.

The cambered frame lets you lower the handles further than a straight bar allows. That deeper range of motion at the bottom of a press works more muscle, building strength and size faster.

The bar also doubles as a cable attachment. Clip the removable eyelet in the centre of the frame onto any cable machine for neutral-grip lat pulldowns, seated rows and upright rows.

The 50mm hard chrome sleeves take any Olympic plate, with 350mm of loading space each side and a 300kg maximum load. It suits home gyms and commercial facilities alike.
