    I purchased this machine 2 months ago for my PT studio in Darwin. Customer service was on point with a few emails back and forth with Jack. All my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I travelled down to the showroom to view and test this machine and others before purchasing. I am impressed by the solid build quality and commercial look of it. It’s a compact footprint but is easy to work with. The cable rollers glide effortlessly and the cables are strategically hidden inside the beams. The 100kg weight stacks are smartly placed yet easy to access. All of the cable rollers are aluminium which I like for long term durability. The smith attachment is smooth, stable and has a commercial feel to it. It is easy to lock and unlock and the spacing is good. I am very impressed by the amazing bench setup for the seated row & lat pulldown. It’s a dedicated adjustable bench that locks directly onto the rack and comes with an adjustable foot plate for rows and a sturdy knee brace for pulldowns. This is a big plus as now my clients don’t have to sit on the floor. The cable pulley is 2:1 which puts me at full stack for a seated row. Consider a weight stack upgrade if you lift more than 60kg on that exercise. I believe 130kg stack is available. The pull-up attachment is solid with plenty of options for all different grips. There is plenty of storage for attachments & handles on the backboard and loads of plate holders. I’m also impressed by how cool these attachments look with the silver screw on locking nuts. Build was simple with clear instructions and I was able to construct it safely by myself. Every part is solid, strong and looks good. The manufacturer has thought of everything with this unit and has left no stone unturned. I highly recommend this setup.
