    **NEW MODEL FITTED WITH UPGRADED ALUMINIUM PULLEYS**

    This package is made up for the Titanium USA Goliath G50 Functional Smith, the Titanium USA PSFID Adjustable Bench and the 120kg Weight Plate and Barbell Package.

    This G50 is the ultimate home gym with its own integrated 90kg weight stack that can be set to either a 1:1 (90kg max load) or 2:1 (45kg max load).

    It's a Functional Trainer, Smith Machine and Squat Rack all in one compact unit providing over 70 different exercise options covering chest, arms, shoulders, abs, back, glutes and legs. It’s also fitted with a Multi Grip Chin up Bar, Dip Handles, Landmine and Seated Row Foot Plate.

    It also comes supplied with a wide range of attachments to maximise the range of exercise.

    • 1:1 and 2:1 Inter-changeable Weight Ratio Functional Trainer
      The functional trainer component of this machine has the unique capability to operate with a 1:1 weight stack ratio for heavier lifts such as lat pulldown and seated row, but also set to operate at a 2:1 ratio for the lighter weight movements such as tricep pushdowns, cable flys etc.

    • Precision Engineered 90kg Weight Stacks 
      The functional trainer is fitted with 2 extra heavy 90kg (200lb) weight stacks so it's suitable for more advanced users requiring heavier loads during key exercises such as lat pulldowns and seated rows. The weight plates have also been fitted with clearly visible weight stickers.

    • Heavy Gauge Steel Frame 
      The frame has been engineered using premium grade 2.5mm steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.

    • Rated For Light Commercial Use 
      This machine has been rated for use in all light commercial training facilities such as Personal Training Studios, Corporate and Hotel Gyms, Schools and similar training facilities.

    • High Quality Linear Bearing Smith Machine 
      The smith machine barbell has been engineered with a 500kg weight capacity and fitted with premium grade linear bearings so the bar glides effortlessly up and down the guide rods.

    • Multi Grip Pull Up Bar
      The pull up bar has been designed to accommodate close grip, medium grip and wide grip pull ups as well supinated, pronated and hammer grip positions. There is also a chrome plated D ring in the centre of the top cross beam to attach power bands for assisted pull ups.

    • Dip Handles
      The adjustable height dip handles have been fitted with 2 handle positions for individual preference and can be stored away on the rear of the machine when not in use.

    • J Hooks
      Fully adjustable J hooks have been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells and the J hooks during re-racking. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use.

    • Spotter Arms
      Fully adjustable, extra-long Spotter Arms have also been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use.

    • Weight Plate Storage Pegs
      There are 6 weight plate storage pegs at the rear of the machine (3 on either side) so you can neatly store all of your plates away when they are not being used. They are also fitted with nylon sleeves to protect the inner collars of your plates when being slid on or off the pegs. The sleeves on the pegs and the barbell can be removed to accommodate standard plates with the smaller 28mm holes in the centre. 

    • Power Band Pegs
      The base frame has been fitted with 2 power band pegs on each side so you can easily attach power bands to the Smith Machine bar to increase resistance without loading more weights.

     
    INCLUDED ATTACHMENTS

    1. Landmine (Core Trainer) and V handle for all rotational core exercises and bent over rows.
    2. V Grip Row/Chinning bar for low rows and pull downs.
    3. Tricep Rope for tricep pushdowns.
    4. Short straight bar for seated row.
    5. Long Straight Bar for standing press, lat pulldown, straight bar rows and several other exercises.
    6. Curl Bar for Bicep curls.
    7. Stirrup / D handles for Cable Crossover.
    8. Adjustable Commercial Grade Barbell J-hooks and Spotter Arms for the front of the rack.
    9. Plate storage pegs and a vertical barbell holder on the rear of the machine to neatly store your plates and barbell.
    10. Adjustable Dip Handles.
    11. Ankle strap.

     All attachments are neatly stored away for easy access at the rear of the machine.

      Have been using the G50 for around 5 months now and would highly recommend as a one stop shop for anyone who is setting up a home gym with limited space. The 2:1 and 1:1 interchangeable cable ratio was probably one of the biggest selling points along with the higher weight stack and the fact there aren't many smith/half rack combo's out on the market at this price and quality. Would definitely recommend as a starting point for anyone looking to build their home gym.

      The Titanium USA G50 is everything I hoped for and its functionality is second to none. The price and service from CFE has also been top notch, so much so that I will likely be ordering all my gym equipment with them, starting with 200kg more of olympic plates so I can really take advantage of all the G50 has to offer. Even without free weight plates, the included 2 x 90kg weight stacks are awesome with 2:1 and 1:1 ratios and have been more than sufficient for my needs as a weight lifter in his fifties .
